JUMP BALL

Ok....I am realizing that basketball is one of the hardest sports to photograph. I'll keep trying. Between Jay and Jonah, there are at least 4 games a week, so I'll have plenty of opportunity.

ORTHO-

TO STRAIGHTEN OR CORRECT.

Jay does not need much correction himself, he is a good kid, and I am proud of him. His teeth are another story. Today was not the first step in correcting his teeth, but definitely the most visible.

I'VE COME ROUND FULL CIRCLE

Well, another year gone in a flash. I kind of fizzled out on the daily posting towards the end....sorry to anyone who was looking with anticipation every day;) Keep in mind, I shoot(and process) over 50,000 images a year....come November, I usually am in need of a break. I enjoy sharing, and I hope those who have been checking in keep looking. I plan to continue using this as a place where I can explore my focus personally and photographically, and look forward to seeing other peoples images as well. Please comment as much as you can. I love to hear what people think, positive or negative.
Happy New Year!

CHRISTMAS BLACKOUT

As has become my tradition, Christmas is the one day a year that I just want to relax. No responsibilities.....nothing. In the past, I have just played all day. Mostly enjoying new Nintendo games and spending time with the kids. This has become a little more difficult as the kids get older. I cannot spend the kind of time with each of them the way I'd like to. It was much easier with a couple young boys, playing Zelda for 20 hours straight. Now I get to do a little bit of many different things. I sat and toyed with my new Itouch quite a bit this year, as well as setting up the awesome TV my parents got us. Fun new gadgets! Anyway, I did take a few pictures, but I am not going to post any. It is my day off. This is one of the problems having a job doing something I love so much. It becomes hard to separate the enjoyable hobby of photography from the job. Any way, Christmas was a good day. I need to extend this vacation a little bit! Can I have a few more days off?
MERRY CHRISTMAS and God bless us, everyone!
