I want so badly to continue posting here, but instead, I have been opting to sleep a bit, and trying to take care of myself a bit. I am trying to eat better, sleep more than 4 hours a night, and exercise when I can. This is only a beginning of what needs to be fixed, but hopefully I can eventually find a good balance. I spent a few days in Miami with my wife last week. This was the first time in 18 years that we have gone away more than one evening alone. I think we had some fun. She might think differently because it was a working vacation for her...and she was with me. I keep discovering more and more that I have to have a little self confidence....
Any way, I was able to get myself up a sunrise on one day while in Miami, and took some pictures at the beach. I find that I am constantly drawn to the sky at sunrise. It has been an ongoing theme for me. I have forever regarded the always amazing sky as proof of God's prescience. Although I have spent a lot of time attempting to not dwell on things like finding clear signs of a heavenly existence, or the unanswered questions of the vast Universe, I keep finding myself stopping and looking up for just a minute before getting back to the task at hand.
