For the next few months, I have taken on a part time teaching job. Eli's school is a cyber-charter school, with a physical performing and fine art program. The regular photo teacher (who I went to Tyler with) is on maternity leave until January, so I was asked to fill in. I am really liking it so far even though I am kind of burning the candle at both ends. I am not used to getting up at 5am, and catching up on my regular work when I get home...but I think I am getting used to the change. I have always been into teaching, so this is trial by fire. The students are all exceptional. They are far from the average high school kid. They all are focused on the arts, creative, energetic and serious about learning.
