I'm going to make these and then walk for 30 minutes on my treadmill.

SusanSUSANhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04656015308557797386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8266902321477367183.post-7111554964139815292007-02-12T22:35:00.000-08:002007-02-12T22:35:00.000-08:00Susan.... It's very easy if the stores around you ...Susan.... It's very easy if the stores around you have frozen sandwich steaks. I have lived in this area my whole life, I am under the understanding that things like this might not exist outside of the Philadelphia area. Break steaks into pieces, grill while also grilling slices of onion (with a little oil). I usually add a little salt and pepper, and maybe a little garlic. when meat is browned, and onions are how youlike them, you can combine them, I don't because my kids cringe when onions are added...even though they actually like the taste of onions, they cannot see them. Melt sliced cheese over the meat. I use chedder, although this is not an authentic "philly" ingredient (it is actually pretty hard to find good chedder cheese in this area). If you want to be authintic, cheese wiz from a can would be the way to go. I like to warm the rolls (Amoroso steak rolls are preferred...I just used Giant club rolls) on top of the excess "juices" created by the meat. Not the healthiest of sandwiches, huh? put meat/cheese on roll, and add Ketchup. Eat, then check you cholesterol.Jeff Reederhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00760782580915523863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8266902321477367183.post-31531047918295449572007-02-12T13:17:00.000-08:002007-02-12T13:17:00.000-08:00Recipe please? Oh My.

"Gay" used to mean a happy person back when I was growing up. ;-)

SusanSUSANhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04656015308557797386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8266902321477367183.post-90602918956129911742007-02-11T18:52:00.000-08:002007-02-11T18:52:00.000-08:00Yeah, the sawdust. I looked at the larger view and can even see sawdust in the dark hair. :-)LauraLizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16720919292792180391noreply@blogger.com
